This website is an attempt to give an overview of the development of Muzzle Loaders in words, drawings and pictures. The author obtained a considerable part of his experience by studying the construction of weapons, their manufacturing process and functions. It is also important to understand the relevance of historical periods, their style, sciences, handcrafts, materials and propellants. The attempt of our armory is to give you in a clear and systematical way an insight into the technical development of firearms and their technical details.
